I am a finance professional with over a decade of experience in institutional sales, currently focused on covering clients across the Middle East, including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, and family offices. As a CFA charterholder, I have always valued the Society\u2019s role in fostering professional excellence and thought leadership. I\u2019ve proudly served on the CFA Society Emirates Board for the past two years, contributing to several key initiatives that support member engagement.<\/p>\n

Your reasons for running for the Board
\nI\u2019m running for re-election to continue to give back to a Society that has given me so much in my own professional journey. The CFA Society provides a powerful platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and leadership in our region. I am passionate about strengthening this platform, particularly at a time when the financial industry is undergoing rapid transformation and our members are seeking more customized learning and networking opportunities.<\/p>\n

What you hope to contribute to the Society
\nIf re-elected, I hope to bring a more commercially aware lens to the board\u2019s discussions and planning. My aim is to help the Society stay relevant and ensuring our events, content, and community outreach reflect the evolving needs of our members and the broader investment community. I also hope to enhance collaboration across our committees and ensure our programming delivers tangible value to both senior and early-career members.<\/p>\n

Any areas of focus or new initiatives you plan to champion if elected<\/p>\n

My two key areas of focus will be:<\/p>\n

  1. Continuing the Women\u2019s Club, an initiative I helped develop and grow during my current term. I believe this platform plays a vital role in building a supportive community for women in finance and raising visibility for female leaders.<\/li>\n
  2.
